Alice is browsing the website «Your Dispute». The site asks Alice a few questions, analyzes her answers, and offers Alice 2 different amicable mediator solutions, both tailored to her situation. Moreover, «Your Dispute» Tell Alice the type of court with jurisdiction for this dispute, namely a local court to be seized by application, because the amount in dispute is less than €5,000.

After asking Alice a few questions, «Your Dispute». analyze Alice's dispute and propose 2 different options:
- A court-mandated conciliator, to have an interview with them in about 2 weeks at the local Justice and Law Centre,
- A Consumer Mediator who will manage remote mediation, most often via three-way emails and, if necessary, via audio or video conference.
With a particularly busy schedule, Alice chooses remote mediation, which will save her from having to travel and allow her to manage her dispute remotely during any lulls in her schedule.
