The Business Ombudsman is a free public service operating under the authority of the Ministry of Economy. It helps companies resolve their disputes amicably with other businesses or public entities.

  • At least one company is involved.

Deadlines

After the referral, a mediator generally makes contact promptly to check admissibility and propose the opening of mediation.
