This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the site votre-litige.fr and the mobile app Votre-Litige (iPhone and iPad), why, and what are your rights.

2. What we don't do
- No audience measurement or attendance statistics.
- No advertising, no tracking, no profiling.
- No sale or rental of your data.
3. Data processed
Consultation of the site and the application. You can view all the content without creating an account. As with any website, our hosting provider logs technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the service.
User account (optional). If you create an account, we will process your identifier, Yours, Email address and yours password (stored in encrypted form). This data is only used to allow you to log in to your account.
Exchange by email. If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply to you.
Mobile application. The application does not collect any data for its own account:
- your Favorites are recorded only on your device and are never transmitted to us;
- access to the’camera or at micro This is only requested if you choose to attach a photo or video to a submission on the site; the application does not retain these files;
- The application displays the pages of the site: this policy therefore also applies to what you do there.

5. Storage periods
- Account: until it is deleted by you or after 3 years of inactivity.
- Emails: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Technical journals: 12 months maximum.
6. Recipients and accommodation
Your data is accessible only to the site editor and its hosting provider, OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). They are hosted in the European Union and are not transferred outside the EU.
7. Cookies
The site only uses cookies strictly necessary : Maintaining your connection to your account and memorizing the chosen language. They do not require your consent. No audience or advertising measurement cookie is stored.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, object to and transfer your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@votre-litige.fr. We respond within one month.
If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
