Following the February decree, the courts are gradually establishing mediators, who are responsible in particular for:
- coordinate mediators and conciliators; ;
- expand the scope of out-of-court settlement hearings (ARA); ;
- harmonize court practices; ;
- to manage policies on the use of MARD at the local level.
This is one of the most significant structural changes for civil courts.
