The Court of Cassation<\/strong> puts online free and publicly a large database of court decisions, previously anonymized. This database does not contain all French court decisions. On the one hand, it does not cover the administrative jurisdiction (disputes with an administration or a public service) and, on the other hand, the dissemination of decisions depends on the anonymization schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keyword search in French jurisprudence is only available in the French version of the website<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
