On this occasion, I was unable to find, either on your website or in your commercial documents, the contact details of the consumer ombudsman to whom you may have adhered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code require, under penalty of a fine, any professional to allow the consumer to use a consumer mediator free of charge and to inform them of the mediator's contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I would therefore be grateful if you could provide me with the contact details of your consumer mediator as soon as possible so that I can, if necessary, initiate this amicable process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
