;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifies points of agreement and disagreement; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>facilitates dialogue; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>can organize several meetings; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>helps the parties reach a balanced solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It does not settle the dispute and does not impose any decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Typical timeframes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a guide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>admissibility review: a few days to a few weeks;
